Data, Diagnostic, and Login Information
Using the Services, you may create, upload, store, and share information such as company descriptions, email IDs, logos, photos, custom emails, user email IDs, and related content (“Data”). We may also collect diagnostic information if you experience technical errors, including crash reports and certain logging information from your system, such as operating system version, hardware, browser version, and, if provided, your email address (“Diagnostic Information”). In addition, certain login information may be stored in a cookie on your device to streamline login (“Login Information”).
Analytics Information
As you navigate our website and use our Services, we may collect information through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (“Website Navigational Information”). Geo-Location Information

We may use Analytics Information with analytics services such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze use of the Services, administer the Services, improve functionality and user-friendliness, and verify authorization for users to process requests.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Gudema Legacy Advisors LLC, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from us at the number you provide. Messages may include account notifications, customer support messages, appointment reminders, service updates, and, where applicable, marketing messages.

SMS Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.

Our SMS program is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to consent to receive messages at the mobile number provided.

Third-Party Applications and Your Use
